Double Twisted Easel Card

Hello friends ,
I am here today to share few of my creations I haven't blogged about !

Double Twisted Easel Card

I made this long ago for the craft meet by following the step by step tutorial from Dr. Sonia -

Double Twisted Easel Card Instructions

Supplies used -
A 4 sized Card stock
DCWV All Dressed Up Pattern Paper
DIE CUTS from Papermania Ultimate Die-Cut & Paper Pack - Lucy Cromwell
Black beads

I have made the flowers using Tim Holtz tattered flowers and it was fun making Handmade Flowers. These flowers act as the stoppers to help the easel to stand.

The position of your stoppers depends on at what angle you want your easels to stand.
I positioned my stoppers symmetrically at an angle .

This is the way card goes flat into the cover

Do tell me how you like my first easel card!

I love the way its turned out !!

The tag is stamped with once again Pixie dust stamp from Peek a boo Designs !

I have added glitters and heart sequences to go with the challenge !!

Recycled CD Luggage Tag

Hello Friends,
Today I'm here to inspire you with my creation for the March challenge at ICR

ICRCSPR01 - 2nd round of DT inspiration

The second round of inspiration for this month CoasteRide "Anything Goes with flowers Challenge + NO cards TWIST!"

I have recycled Old CD's into lovely Bag tags for my Nieces as they go on their First International Trip !!

The girls are celebrating their birthday along so I decided to go with the birthday theme for the luggage tags !

Firstly I used the pattern papers to cover up the CD's on both the ends and started decorating them with Prima flowers and brads in the front  and added the birthday theme sentiments and stickers on the back !

Second CD wanted to try something different so went ahead with decorating it with stamped images. Colored it with watercolors pens and 3D decoupaging stamped flower images and layered them !
Made my own embellishments here and love the look !

I have used DCWV Once upon a time chipboard pink alphabet elements for their names .

I created this with inspiration from Dr Sonia's recycled creation and 3d Decoupaging Linking it for her Give away !

3 D Decoupage Tutorial and Tips

Totally loved what I created and Hope to have inspired you all,  get crafting and hope to see you soon with your awesome creations!

Holi crafts with my toddler

Hello Friends
Holi , Its the festival of colours and we absolutely love it! Holi is a great time to play with colors with your kids.  I always say kids are never too young too have fun. Of course the levels of fun and play change. Follow me on Instagram for #13daysofholifun

Here are a few crafts you can make along your toddler

I have used a circle cut out from an old invitation card and JR stamped hand and splash images in 3 colours and added the sentiment to the tag and finished it with a twine !

I was excited as these stamps are made in India. I played around for few days and today I am sharing my experience with you all. Peek-a-boo Designs  are awesome !!

Toddlers can make it with their hand prints and straw splashes !!

Here are few creations that are as colourful as Holi

Crayon Canvas Art

This picture of ours was clicked for Holi and wanted the background to match the splash effect :)
for the background I started playing around with crayons and hair dryer.

Water Colour Crayons

You can use them to make great quick and easy backgrounds; also for stamping. And they are easy and fun to use. These particular watercolor crayons feel and draw more like oil pastels than traditional crayons

Hope you also try these ideas !
Would love to hear from you
