The Itsy Bitsy Big Shot Party

Hello Friends ,

I was invited to be part of Big shot party by ITSY Bitsy  craft store... a party to celebrate and Itsy Bitsy becoming the sole distributor of Sizzix products in India. 15 like minded crafters from various corners of Bangalore got together at the Itsy Bitsy store in Banashankari .

I, myself was thrilled to be part of this fabulous event . The Itsy Bitsy team had done a fabulous job of setting up the space. Each crafter got a dedicated space along with a name tag for themselves and their Big Shot.

After a welcome talk by Itsy Bitsy owners Harish and Rashmi Closepet,

I was privileged to do a demo of a tag using the Itsy Bitsy Scallop Circle Die and I gotta say, it was a thrilled to do a  rocking demo!

The Sizzix Big Shot  is a Die Cutting Machine that lets you create perfect shapes and emboss beautiful textures, all with no wires or software. The Big Shot is an excellent die-cutting machine for beginners and more experienced crafters alike. Simply turn the handle to spin the smooth, heavy duty rollers on the machine, and let the machine work its magic on your paper, card or fabric as it passes through.

Design and create your own one-of- a- kind cards, invitations, scrapbook pages, home d├ęcor, fashion, altered art, quilting and more at the turn of a handle. You'll have professional quality creations at your fingertips.

Then it was time for cake and refreshments. Any guesses what the cake was? That's right - it was a BIG SHOT CAKE!! How cool is that! Rashmi and Harish cut the cake amidst party poppers and confetti and we all drooled over the rich chocolate hiding under all that fondant!

It was time to start crafting and the group was given 2 hours to create their masterpeice! Here's a look at the fabulous layout I made at the Itsy Bitsy Big Shot Party!

Sharada Dilip
